There is no distinction between Store subscriptions for private sellers and business sellers on ebay.com.au. 

If your registered address is in Australia, Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax) of 10% is payable on your eBay fees. Unless you provided eBay with your ABN and registered for tax exempt status, you will be charged your eBay fees inclusive of GST. Business Stores are not subject to GST and some fees may be different.
